Castellana Sicula (Sicilian: ''Castiddana'') is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Palermo in the Italian region Sicily, located about southeast of Palermo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,738 and an area of .〔All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.〕 The municipality of Castellana Sicula contains the ''frazioni'' (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Nociazzi, Calcarelli, and Catalani.
